About
Mr Andrew Moore is an ENT Head and Neck Surgeon in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. He holds a substantive NHS Consultant appointment at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals, where he is the Head of Department, and Worthing Hospital. He is also the clinical lead for Head and Neck Cancer at Western Sussex Hospitals.
He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a First Class Honors degree and moved to the South East where he completed higher surgical training. This included working at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, St George's Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, as well as training in Surrey and Sussex.
In addition to general ENT surgery he developed a sub-specialist interest in Head and Neck Oncology. He has obtained a Masters in Oncology and Radiotherapy with distinction, as well as completing a Head and Neck fellowship.
Mr Moore’s scope of practice includes adult and paediatric general ENT (otolaryngology) as well as benign and malignant head and neck surgery. This includes salivary, thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He is a member of the regional head and neck oncology and thyroid multidisciplinary teams.
